Dr. Gentry

Dr. Gentry grew up in Charleston and after graduating from University of Oregon, came back to West Virginia. Finally deciding that the naysayers alleging women couldn’t be veterinarians were wrong, she moved to Colorado to pursue a lifelong dream of being a veterinarian. She has owned her own practice which she sold to retire. Realizing she missed being in practice, she came back to work at Good Shepherd. She brings 40+ years of experience to the clinic.

In her free time, Anne loves playing pickleball, hiking and reading.  

She is married to Tom McMahon, DVM (retired) and together they have two adult children, a blue heeler, and a black cat.
